This course develops the knowledge, skills, and safe working attitudes required to erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems.
Learners study material selection and faults, basic design principles, ties, scaffold drawings, erection and dismantling procedures, and the safe construction of independent, tower, and birdcage scaffolds.

Scaffolders who need to erect, alter, or dismantle simple or complex scaffolding structures safely.
Entry Requirements
Learners must be at least 21 years old, medically fit, able to climb scaffold ladders, and free from a fear of heights.
