Upon any termination of these Terms and Conditions by either you or DISS, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Website, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
DISS right to any feedback shall survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions. Any such termination of these Terms and Conditions shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the Course already registered on the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Qatari courts in Doha.
