OVERVIEW

The Professional Scrum Master I™ (PSM I) training course provides the know-how and tools to ensure that Scrum is understood and enacted well by your team. This course covers the fundamentals of Scrum, comprising the framework, mechanics, and roles of Scrum. The PSM course will teach you how to employ Scrum to increase value, improve productivity, and optimize the total cost of ownership of software products. Course delegates learn through instructor-led presentations and guidance and team-based exercises, which are aimed at making sure the techniques are tangible and can be properly implemented in the real world.

COURSE METHODOLOGY

The 2-day Professional Scrum Master course covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of instruction and exercises and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movements.
