OVERVIEW
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera P6-based solutions. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resources, and costs.
COURSE METHODOLOGY
The format of the three-day workshop is a series of brief lectures followed by discussion and hands-on exercises. Case studies and real-life examples are used to illustrate success and failure.
COURSE OBJECTIVES

- Assign resources to tasks, and track progress
- Monitor and visualize project performance versus plan
- Conduct what-if analysis, and analyze alternatives
- Allows schedule updates from multiple users at the same time
- Produce schedule and resource reports and graphics
