OVERVIEW
Project Management Professional (PMP®) is an internationally recognized professional designation offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). As the demand for skilled project managers is at a critically urgent level, practitioners who hold the PMP certification are well-positioned to provide the professional skills necessary to lead project teams and achieve successful project results.
The PMP recognizes the competence of an individual to perform in the role of a project manager, specifically experience in leading and directing projects. Year after year, the PMP certification has garnered global recognition and commanded a higher salary for certified individuals over non-certified individuals.
The Project Management Professional (PMP ®) certification exam was changed on 2nd of January 2021 to meet those needs and will focus on three new domains. Content that spans the value delivery spectrum, including predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches, will be included across the three exam domains.
The new exam is comprised of:
- 180 questions (the previous exam was 200) but the same number of questions will be scored
- 230 minutes to complete the exam

COURSE METHODOLOGY
The format of the five-day workshop is a series of detailed lectures followed by discussion and hands-on exercises. This program will be conducted as an extensively interactive method, encouraging participants to share their own experiences and apply the program material to real-life work situations to stimulate group discussions and improve the efficiency of the subject coverage.
