“The only constant is Change”, change is continuous in many aspects of our lives. Technologies, processes, people, ideas, rules and even diseases often change and that might lead to crisis affecting the way we perform daily tasks at workplace. Having a smooth transition when crisis occurs is essential in any situation and during this workshop the trainees will gain some valuable knowledge & skills on how to manage during crisis.

Leading through crisis training will give any leader the necessary tools to implement changes more smoothly and to have those changes better accepted. This training workshop will also provide to the trainees an understanding of how change is implemented then adapted during a certain crisis and the importance of forming and implementing critical contingency plans.
