  • In this section, you will learn what is Social Media and how you can use it to promote your business, how your audience perceives and communicates through social media channels and the importance of your business to be present in different channels. You will also get introduced to successful business examples from the world and the region. Finally, you will have a real application on how to start social media for your business: set strategies, planning and evaluation. 

Facebook Marketing

  • In this section, you will learn how to prepare an effective marketing plan on Facebook.  You will be introduced to the main techniques in use and learn how to reach your audience effectively through proper message communication, interactive dialogue communication activities, the use and implementation of applications and games on fan pages, and mainly the “Dos and Don’ts” of marketing on Facebook.
