- The course is suitable for everyone who needs a basic idea of first aid response. This will aid the individual to identify when someone needs medical attention or just primary first aid. The course touches on how cardiac arrest happens and how to deliver effective CPR.

- For individuals who need to deliver the basic first aid response before the arrival of the qualified first aider. E.g. Office Employees, Laborers, Home Personnel, Public, Commercial premise staff, Immediate Supervisors, Front Liners, etc.
