When you register in a course, you are holding a seat in our class that is no longer available to our other students due to the cap set for each class to improve engagement and participation. Inorder not to cause the class to be cancelled on other students, we do not offer refund for any cancelled student to ensure the class still runs.

Here are the only cases DISS accepts a cancellation:

A delay, postponement or cancellation of course schedule by DISS team.
Students lost their job and are unable to attend. a proof to be provided. this is only applicable on the “Classroom” form of courses.

A cancellation is considered late when the course is cancelled less than 3 days before the course start date. A no-show is when a student doesn’t attend the course without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the student the full course fees.
