Introduction

Administrative professionals, secretaries and executive assistants are responsible for a great variety of duties necessary in practical, day-to-day business operations. In addition to the technical skills required, they need to have excellent inter-personal and people management skills. With the transformation of the workplace, their role will continue to evolve.   – How to be assertive without being imposing

  – How to recognise and take ownership for one’s mistakes

Module 4: Enhancing Your Productivity

  – Reflection on time management habits

  – Getting from where we are to where we want to be – Acting on personal action plans
