Fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma

 Course information: 

The Yellow belts are trained in just sufficient detail on the methodology so that they can carry out improvement projects within their own work areas and in their own jobs and drive towards overall improvements. ​

 Course objective: 

  • This training covers the details of the RDMAIC methodology and prepares the participants to engage fully in the improvement projects selected. ​
  • Participant will be able to demonstrate basic understanding of RDMAIC methodology and implement tools of Six Sigma. ​
  • Participant will be able to take small scale quality improvement projects implementing DMAIC methodology. ​
